V2 of AdAudioTracker, gated behind AdConfig.Mraid3Config.isAudioTrackerV2Enabled. Adds one behavioral change over V1: when a dead listener reference is purged during broadcastAudioVolumeChange and that empties the listener set, tracking is stopped so the mute-polling job does not keep running for zero listeners (orphaned listener cleanup - DI-19332).

    Adds a listener to track audio volume changes. The listener will be notified with the current volume when added. If the listener is the first one, tracking will start. Make sure to call removeListener when done to avoid memory leaks.
